I weighed a scrambled egg on a burnt toast. It's an ugly taste that everyone returns without trying. It shows they felt the same.

Great cooking for breakfast. Choice of bacon and the best scrambled eggs should be the benchmark for everyone. Service good and very friendly. Price ok considering it’s at Heathrow Terminal 2.

I never imagined that a place as lacking in character as Terminal 2 could be even more lacking in character!! On a Wednesday morning, the staff showed no friendliness, barely made eye contact, and did not engage with us at all. Orders were taken without a word, food was delivered silently, and there was no follow-up to see if we were satisfied. The food was extremely bland, to the point where my husband struggles to remember what he ate two days later. My BLT came with a rubbery egg, which was not a pleasant addition. The coffee was undrinkable, with a high roast and bitter taste. We immediately went to Pret for a decent cup of caffeine. It's disappointing that Heston's name is associated with this below-average airport restaurant. The only positive point, which I mention just to be fair, is that this is one of the few places in T2 without loud music, which is a relief at 7 am.

The service at this restaurant was very quick and friendly. The food was well-prepared and delicious. Assistant manager Archie is very deserving of his position, as he is professional and approachable. The portions of the food were also very generous.

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I can't believe Heston still has his name associated with it. The staff seemed lost and the 'Perfectionists Chilli Con Carne' I ordered was a disaster. It was basically just rice with a thin layer of terrible chili con carne on top. It was overpriced at £17.90 for practically nothing. Even the fries were just average and the bill came to £30. I haven't written a review in a long time, but I felt compelled to warn others about this place. It should be shut down immediately.
