Papa John's - Hillingdon

For some reason, my last review was removed. This Papa John's in Hayes is the worst I've experienced. I've had three orders where the pizza was not cooked properly and tasted terrible, so I decided not to order again. I was considering giving it another chance, but after reading all the negative reviews, I decided against it. I have never had any issues at any other Papa John's locations, so it seems to be specific to the one in Hayes.

I ordered food, paid for it, but it never arrived. When I called the restaurant multiple times to inquire about my order, they kept hanging up on me and eventually told me that my order didn't exist.

I decided to try the Works pizza instead of going to Pizza Express for something more premium. I was very disappointed as this was the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. Even frozen pizzas from Iceland are much better. It's no wonder this restaurant chain is closing down. I only ate two slices of the large pizza and threw the rest away. It was a waste of money and a disappointing meal. It's not surprising that this chain will be closing soon.

It was an amazing experience. Food is accurate and hygiene safe .staff was friendly and very attentive harpreet kaur) .I would love to be come again and hopefully get same experience that I receive from the staff member of Papa John's
