Kebab Choice Uxbridge - Hillingdon

I ordered several kebabs from this restaurant that I had enjoyed in the past. However, when they arrived, they were cold and inedible. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but instead of assisting me, I was met with accusations and the phone was hung up on me by a rude staff member. The customer service at this place is terrible. Furthermore, they refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend eating here and suggest trying the contents of your toilet after a curry instead.

I used to visit this restaurant often, but not anymore due to recent changes. I ordered a mixed kebab and was disappointed to find that they had stopped swirling paprika on the skewers, making it difficult to eat. The lamb doner meat was also not great, as it was slimy. I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership, but whatever alterations they have made have not been for the better.

I and my man laid a order of a big chicken-shot-kebab, mixed grill and two portions of chips. our order arrived and the two chips were missing. I also asked, garlic sauce in my huhn kebab, that was also...missing when we placed the order on the phone, we asked which bottle drinks they had available, said the guy on the phone simply coke and did not notice that we got a free bottle when over £18. instead he offered us two doses of diet coke on the house he does. when we got our food, we mentioned to the supplier that we should drink a bottle and he just said that they don't have left. the supplier has lied clearly because he had the bottles cola in front of the phone. this is the second time that we have ordered from them and experienced bad service, will never order again from them. very poor customer service, they will lose many customers due to their bad service.

Ordered a kebab and fish and chip side of the tweebel rings when the received order was opened fish burned and only warm tweeper rings were cold not excessively impressed not sure whether I would order again from there. well disappointed.

I had a mix of shish and donner chicken kebab and certainly it was very tasty. Freshly cooked and good quality chicken. Will go again
