Costa Coffee - Hillingdon

Overall, a good place in the heart of Northwood. Service is mostly good however, coffee is a bit hit or miss depending on the barista. A dependable choice next to the Northwood station.

Got there at 6.29, they close at 6.30. They were preparing to close and absolutely refused to make me a coffee. So much for customer service.

As someone who drinks espresso regularly, I appreciate a robust flavor profile and I really enjoyed the blend of coffee at this restaurant.

Ever since Piotr, Sandra, and most of the Eastern European staff left, the quality of service and coffee at this restaurant has declined. When they are busy, the inexperienced staff causes chaos. If the owner is reading this, they should bring back those employees as soon as possible.

Quite a sizeable cafe. Lots of seating, only one sandwich at 11.20am! I ended up staying for a couple of hours and had my lunch and a good read there too. One lady at the coffee machine was a little slapdash, spilt my coffee as she wasn't watching what she was doing so didn't even wipe up the spilt coffee. Other staff were friendly. Lunch was nice, M&S tuna and sweet corn sandwich on brown bread with some crisps and a second Americano. Will I return? Probably, made a pleasant change. Tables were kept clean too. Always a bonus. Well done ladies!
