Coriander - Hillingdon

The atmosphere is pleasant. The Indian food is very good. We only tried the vegetarian options, but everything tasted delicious. They should learn what a masala papad is!

When I arrived many years ago in the united kingdom, I found a thing that I found quite puzzling (and later found out was quintessentially british) was a occupancy with the weather. how was your day? rainy? oh, how regrettable. had to be hard to run the dog at that time.

Coriander as a herb is quite similar to marmite. People either love it or hate it and some even say that it is based on genetics too. So, I have to my thank parents yet again for making sure that I love coriander. Why the preamble about coriander? Well, the latest restaurant I was invited to visit was called Coriander. I was grateful that Humayun Hussain, food consultant and future restaurant owner, got in touch about a trip here. After a few emails back and forth and date changes, Laura and I scheduled a visit in for a Wednesday night curry session.

This restaurant is amazing! The food and service were both excellent, meeting all of my needs. During my holiday in London, the staff was incredibly generous and friendly. We enjoyed delicious dishes like windshield wipers and chickens. The food was fantastic and the bartender also made us some great drinks - a cocktail for me and my partner, and an electric lemonade for my son. The ambiance was enhanced by soothing music, making for an overall amazing dining experience.

On a sunny Thursday evening I took a small discovery trip on the orange upper floor line to the coriander restaurant (and hatch end), which culminated in a delicious Indian gourmet experience. coriander is a beautiful inviting restaurant and it is clear that many thoughts, passion and dedication have become a success. the greener of coriander have over five decades of experience, which is occupied by the traditional menu of classics with an additional contemporary swirl. the expectations ran high as coriander won the restaurant of the year before at the asian curry awards and they were not disappointed. first I always want to try the cripple of poppadome;...read more
