Caffe Nero Uxbridge - Hillingdon

The staff at this Caffè Nero in Uxbridge are excellent - friendly, professional, and very polite. I had a luxury mocha and it was delicious, perfectly made with great taste. But the standout feature of this place is definitely the staff. Veronica, Beverly, and Dharti always welcome you with a smile, even during busy times. They are great, kind, very professional and create a fantastic atmosphere for customers.

I have tried to come here on a couple of occasions but have left as the queue was too long. They were quiet today so I had a cortado to drink in which was made very nicely.

Ordered a cheese Ham toastie. It was really nice. Service was quick friendly. It was nice to see a store with adults working in it. It is certainly different to the kids who usually work in these types of stores.

I didn’t think it was possible to lack consistency around making a staple drink across establishments, but the salted caramel frappe was practically water. The staff were super friendly and attentive; I wish I could say the same for the drink.

My favourite coffee shop. The staff are the best and are always so friendly and attentive. So comfortable and relaxing.
