I decided to order takeout from this restaurant for the first time and was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. The food was prepared incorrectly and when I mentioned it to the staff, they rushed to fix it in a poorly done manner. When I asked for a refund, the person in charge was rude and raised their voice. I will never be returning to this establishment. The attitude and behavior displayed by the staff were unacceptable. I recommend looking elsewhere for better food and service. This place is not worth it.

I gave this restaurant a four-star rating primarily because of the delicious calamari appetizer and the tasty dragon roll. However, the pineapple fried rice was disappointing as it was greasy and lacked flavor. I am hoping that this dish was just a one-time issue and not indicative of the overall quality of the restaurant.

My friend took two bites of her food and didn't like it because it was poorly seasoned and had too much breading/fried part. We informed the waitress about our dissatisfaction, but she responded by saying "well you ordered it." This lack of empathy and customer service was disappointing. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of apologizing and asking how to improve when a customer is unhappy. The server's response of "well you ordered it" felt like she was shifting the blame onto us. When I expressed our disappointment to the server, she still showed no empathy and only mentioned that food prices are high, so customers should double-check before ordering. While I understand the importance of careful ordering, if the food doesn't meet expectations, the restaurant should do something to make it right. This was my first and last visit to the restaurant. They lost a potentially loyal customer due to their lack of proper customer service. Be cautious when ordering, as they do not offer refunds or compensate for unsatisfactory meals, and will make you feel like it's your fault if you are unhappy.

My only mistake was thinking the fried rice was for one person ???? it was so good and the pineapple aesthetic was a nice touch! This was my second time here and honestly, there?s just so many choices I can?t wait to go back! Update: nearly three yearslater, it?s still delicious! This time got the Buckeye Roll sushi as a starter and found my new favorite sushi roll. Still a5/5 for sure.

My son and I visited this location this past Sunday, and we were not disappointed. All the dishes we had were wonderful. This was some of the best asian cuisine we have had in quite sometime. Nothing was greasy or overly salty. It was also one of thebetter restaurant experiences we have had in a few months. The staff was friendly and attentive.
