Starbucks - Hilliard

The restaurant is in a great location. Although the baristas appeared a bit busy and distant, they still made our drinks well and greeted us.

The entire staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Despite being very busy, they provided full attention to each customer during their service. No one was overlooked when it came to greetings or thank yous. The cold beer was refreshing and brought joy to the day, making the overall experience much better. Bravo to the staff for their excellent service!

This restaurant seems to be very busy in the morning, but I have never had a bad experience with their service. There was a period when their operating hours seemed to vary daily, but I believe they have since sorted out their staffing situation.

I will never be back. I saw the most disgusting thing today. They put the wrong sticker on the wrong sandwiches and one guy came in and picked it up and took it out to his car and brought it back inside and said that this was not his sandwich. The employee then said I must’ve mixed the bags up and handed him the other person‘s order that was not there yet. And then asked for the sticker so that they could change the sticker on the bag. Then they put it back out on the counter for the mobile order to be picked up and I said you guys should probably not reserve that he took that out to his car who knows what he did with it she took it to a manager and the manager brought it back over and set it back out never remade it. absolutely disgusting
