To make matters worse, the people before us received the wrong takeout order. My mom had to wait for our food for 20 minutes while the people behind us were already eating. The service at this place is terrible, and honestly, it wasn't much better than our previous visit. I would give it a 2/10.
Manager wore a suit and wanted to set quality standards. he was also serious, could not be impressed anymore.
You have to talk to your final staff. I shouldn't wait 5 minutes at 11:15 a.m. on the loudspeaker to get a response from a living person at all. there are literally no other customers. this happens at this place and only late in the night.
I've had my order with a child **** since my dog was with me. I wasn't total when I ordered, but just said I should move to the next window. when I paid, I noticed that the sum could not sound right. they had accused a small cone that was far too big for my pup, and not something I could eat on the road. When I asked, the bank told me they had no more children's blocks. ? I asked for a cup to put the cone in and had to throw away the largest part of it.
The food is just like at any other McDonald's, but the service at this location is significantly worse. Over the past five years, they have never once given me exactly what I ordered and paid for—something is always missing! Plus, their ice cream and slushie machines are always out of order. It's a simple job in the grand scheme of things, yet they manage to do it worse than any other location. It’s quite disappointing.
