The slowest drive-through service I have ever experienced, and my food was cold to top it off. Terrible.
Deadass just went in and out with a sandwich in 3 minutes, buddy with the neck tattoo was cool.
This restaurant is hands down the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. It's like it's their motto or something. I waited a whole 10 minutes in the drive-thru line without it budging an inch. So I finally decide to go inside to order, thinking maybe the drive-thru was out of order. To my surprise, there was no one else in line except me. It took a whopping 10 minutes before one of the 6 or 7 employees finally took my order. At this point, I'm beyond frustrated as I watch the cars in the drive-thru zoom by. And don't even get me started on how long it took to make one simple sandwich - another 10 minutes. The average lunch break is only 30 minutes, so if you value your time, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's a shame because the food is actually pretty good, but the slow service just ruins the whole experience.
Waiting over 30 minutes for subs is ridiculous. They have plenty of staff working. The employees are working at an extremely slow pace and standing talking. Very disappointed
