Donatos Pizza - Hilliard

I am happy with my experience at Donato's Pizza located on Fishinger Blvd in Hilliard.

Donatos seems to rely on nostalgia to attract customers. Despite the abundance of pizza options in Columbus, it's a mystery why anyone would choose to pay for their average, overpriced pizza. I recently tried their stuffed crust and found it to be just okay, like everything else on the menu. The pizza sauce is decent, but nothing else stands out. The wings were rubbery and small. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

I ordered takeout 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. When I arrived 4 minutes early, I was informed that my sub sandwich had not been started and would take an additional 2 minutes. I left and returned, only to be told that they now needed to start my pizza. By this point, it was already past the pickup time. I spoke to the manager to address why an order placed 2 hours in advance was not ready.

I've always had good customer service at this location....

I placed a rather large order that I needed to pick up in a hurry. The staff was very fast, friendly, and efficient in getting everything together for me. I really appreciated the great service.
