Domino's Pizza - Hilliard

We've been ordering from here for the last few weeks. The food is always hot and good. Only one time was it later than they said.Keep up the good job.

I used my points to redeem an order from this Hilliard location. When I came to the store to pick my order up the old man looked at the ticket and began to belittle me for using my points for that order. “ he said you’re a cheap date aren’t you ?” I said excuse me ? He then said “ I wish I could take you in a date you’re cheap” this was embarrassing and inappropriate. If someone is going to belittle me for using my points for an order why do you even have that system in place ? That’s borderline harassment.

Horrible service. Got the order wrong online. Was on hold for 35 minutes. Drove to the location while still on hold and the manager said I ordered wrong on the website. Dirty store too. Never order again!!!!

Delivered 15 minutes later then originally stated. Cold since not in pizza warming bad. When doing order online, there was no recognition that was a door dash order but somehow that is how it ended up. The pizza itself was good but would have been better if served at least warm.
