Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor and was quite bland, but the beer was good.

I’m pleased with the buy 1 get 1 free wings, but I tried calling 10 times with no response. Eventually, I had to go in to place the order. After getting home, I tried calling them 5 more times because I didn't receive the blue cheese and celery I had paid for. They still didn’t answer, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all, so there was no reason for the lack of response. The wings were fine—somewhat burnt and small—but since I got 20 for the price of 10, I’m not too upset, though I can’t say I’m completely satisfied either.

Having previously experienced this franchise in Florida, I found this Ohio location to be just average. The food is what you would typically expect from a Beef's, though I would recommend reducing the grease. The wait time could definitely use some improvement; it was disappointing to wait over 10 minutes to be served on a weekend afternoon with only a handful of customers present. Overall, this location feels a bit hit or miss. However, with some improvements, I could see myself returning.

The fajitas were pretty bland. We got our food and no drinks. Finally my little nephew spoke up and we got them (They weren’t very busy either). Waitress was attentive after that but… lol

Ordered a burger and fries. The amount of fries were skimpy and the burger was all bun and toppings. Not much meat. They used to be better and have gotten skimpy like everybody else.
