I accidentally ordered through the app to another store and she was soo soo accommodating and understanding. Also my parents were with me and they are a nightmare, she was soo good and patient with them. She got us a high chair and the colouring in for our toddler soo quickly that the transition from arriving to being seated was cruisey af…with the kid it can be a little touch and go but yeah easy as. She was great! Everything was ‘no problem’ even though we could tell she was busy and she just had everything under control. First time dining with y’all and will definitely be back again. Food was good too but she was special.
Thank you for the help with having orders for food and drinks taken at our table. I brought a group of 13 who are blind or low vision the staff served us at our table instead of everyone trying to get to get up and order. We will be back.
For the cost of our meal I think there needs to be improvements. It would have been nice for example if our courses came out in the correct order as the main course came out before our starter and my side order of fries with it! I then after my meal went to use the ladies rest room to have no tissue paper in my cubicle and no paper towels to dry my hands! Poor hygiene standards for a new establishment! It’s the little things that keeps customers coming back and at $150 bill for this standard we probably won’t be in a hurry to return.
Serving sizes, especially the ribs was exceptionally measly considering the price. $36 for a very small half rack of ribs was exceptionally steep.
Returned visit from last year. Terrible service. 2 meals were incorrect, drinks mixed up. Hard to get attention of staff. They apologised but the damage was done. Win't be back!
