A rip-off and dishonest person took double the payment due, we didn't know until we checked our online banking statement. BP should vet there service providers properly and get rid of the vermin working there.

No points to be collected on HGV fuel? What a load of nonsense. Services aren’t too bad, the fuel garage is in desperate need of some tlc.

Nice, quick, and spacious forecourt. Shame that the price per litre is around 40p more than what it is at smaller garages. It was expected as it was a motorway service

I encountered some issues during my visit. Only one HGV pump has been operational for the past week, and the restrooms have been out of service for months. Surprisingly, they continue to serve food despite this. If you get fuel on your hands, there's no way to clean it off at the location, as the staff only mention that the nearest washroom is located in the main building.
