Meat Mind - Hilden

We were in the Meat Mind again and were thrilled again. Very delicious food with very good quality and a very good and friendly service. We recommend and definitely come back!

Starting with the good: the guy handling the service was really good and without him I would have given 1.5 stars. The bread we got as an appetizer was dry and hard, the burger was cooked well done and was very dry (even though we asked beforehand how they cook it and we were said medium) and the vinaigrette on the salad was very sour. Even though location and service are good, the food (which is the main reason to go to a restaurant) was very much below par...

I am an absolute fan of the location. The team is accommodating, careful and very sympathetic. So far, food has always been a palate and went far beyond my expectations. The events other than the series are top and recommended.

Nice and attentive staff welcome the guest in this modern restaurant. The kitchen lacks the certain something to get to the full points. The dips to the various types of bread were very Mayonnaise lasting, my Dry Age Burger should have been a bit more spicy for me. I mean, at the required prices, the kitchen has some air up, whereas the service is very good.

Great restaurant, great service and the food was great. A small but very good selection of dishes. There was also a special ticket to the Oktoberfest with great dishes. That wasn't our last visit.
