Eating was wonderful and atmosphere. it was peaceful, but reasonably busy. very slow in swrvicem probably due to the difficultness to have enough staff, but we will wait worth it.

Smashing country pub. A warm welcome and great food. Very nice outside seating area too.

A lovely pub with friendly staff, the food was amazing, my husband said that the ribs were the best he'd ever had. My seabass was excellent too. Really good portion sizes as well. Would really recommend you to visit here if you're visiting the area.

I stumbled upon this pub on my way back from Swindon while looking for a quick drink, and I was pleasantly surprised by my discovery. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and they offered an excellent selection of ales and gin. I will definitely be returning, likely for a meal next time!

My favorite place to unwind, no matter the season. Cozy log fires in winter are perfect, while balmy summer lunches under the trees are delightful. They offer excellent beer, tasty food, and a wonderful host!
