Salto Coffee

I was so excited to come here after reading all the reviews. I have a service dog and upon arrival, without even asking about his purpose, I was told dogs are not allowed and he should wait outside.It was 10 degrees outside so leaving my dog outside was not an option. I felt I wasn’t given a chance to defend my service dogs purpose. I was hoping for more compassion toward my dog and myself. I was never asked why I brought the dog inside.The place is beautiful and has lovely cabin like construction.

Loved my orange cardamom latte! The person who took my order was so kind and visited with me! We went twice while we were in town. My husband loved the homemade jam!

Salto is a great place to meet a friend for a coffee, grab some internet, or a quick bite before a hike. Their vegan options are pretty limited, but they can always make something (I usually get an avo toast or the Mediterranean sandwich without cheese) and they do have some nice vegan banana breads and carrot cakes that are made by a third party. Their coffee is great though and I love love love the audri chai which is made with fresh turmeric and ginger. Get it with coconut milk and a shot of espresso for an extra tasty treat

$8.50 beers? Sheesh. I love this place and I'm up here once or twice a week. It's a great atmosphere to work. But it's insane to pay almost 10 bucks (after tip) for a beer on tap. Do better, Salto.
