Backcountry Pizza

Bartender and waiter were awesome. Pizza and waffle fries were delicious. Calm and cozy!

Stopped for lunch on President’s Day. We ordered four slices of pizza and some chicken fingers for two adults and three kids. There weren’t a lot of seats available, but we were made to feel welcome at the bar, even with three kids. One slice and the chicken fingers came out right away and were great. The curly fries were exceptionally delicious. However the other three slices, including two cheese slices for the kids, took about 45 minutes due to some kind of miscommunication. However, we were reassured several times and apologized to and they covered some drinks for us while we waited. Even though it took longer than anticipated, everyone left full and happy. Good food and friendly folks!

Delicious pizza and wings, perfect service, a huge selection of beer, and a great location make this a must stop spot après ski or hike! Couldn’t ask for better!

Backcountry Pizza has the best pizza in the Peak to Peak area, and one of the best beer tap walls, for its size, anywhere. With fantastic views of Nederland and the mountains.

The friendly atmosphere is very warm. The beers are excellent. The views are terrific.
