Kfc - Highlands Ranch

The restaurant could benefit from hiring workers who are better able to manage their responsibilities. Perhaps if they offered competitive pay, they could attract more capable staff. Improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and organization. While the employees are polite, the overall operation feels disorganized. However, the food is fantastic and deserves a 5/5 rating.

I wanted to pick up my order, but the staff member was too busy talking to someone else. I had to repeat my order three times, and then it took nearly 15 minutes to get my food, despite having paid for a fast charge. When I finally got home, my order was completely wrong—nothing like what I had requested. Since I live a 15-minute drive away, I tried calling them, but there was no answer. It was a terrible experience! I would recommend going somewhere else, as they clearly don’t care or make any effort. This was just my experience, but it was very disappointing.

Don't waste your time! We waited in line for 10 minutes, only to be told to park for a two-piece meal and a fried steak. The manager came outside and smoked while we waited. Then we had to confirm our order all over again.

I ordered eating from this kfc, and it is beyond disgusting. I'm pregnant and if I had eaten this huh, it could have hurt both me and my unborn baby. I'll never order kfc again.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered Tennessee fire chicken. The chicken and fries looks and tastes like they’ve been sitting there for hours took one bite of each. And lost my appetite. Please look at the picture and tell me if you would eat that..
