Casa Caliente - Highlands Ranch

We bought a coupon package for Casa Caliente from some high school students raising money for their football team. Although we had visited the restaurant several times in the past, we hadn't been there in years.

We had our office Christmas dinner here last week. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement was a bit cramped for our group, but the waitress was very accommodating in trying to make the best of the situation.

The food is excellent, but oh my goodness, there were flies everywhere! I couldn't even finish my meal. I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like with all those flies around.

Best Mexican restaurant in H. Ranch! I absolutely love this place! The breakfast burritos are incredible! On Sundays, they offer an all-you-can-eat buffet with unlimited mimosas for just $13! The chips and three dips are fantastic. I highly recommend this spot!

This is the best hidden gem for Mexican cuisine! I first took my son to Casa Caliente and we loved it. Then, I brought a friend from the city to enjoy some margaritas and appetizers. I have to say, the food is fantastic! The owner came out to chat with us and treated us to a few samples of his delicious black beans and green chili, which were absolutely amazing! I really believe in supporting local small businesses, and this is one we need to keep in our community. I can’t wait to bring the whole family here!
