Buffalo Wild Wings - Highlands Ranch

I cannot stay silent any longer. I moved to the area near this restaurant last year and our first dining experience was amazing! The food and service were great, and we were excited to have discovered a Buffalo Wild Wings that was so impressive. Unfortunately, that initial experience was not consistent. Every visit since then, whether dining in or getting carry out, has been disappointing. I understand that there may be staffing shortages, but that cannot be used as an excuse forever. Some of the staff members are good, but others are rude and have no interest in providing good service. In terms of carry out, I seem to have the worst luck because every time I have ordered, something has been missing. After realizing this, I started checking my bag each time and sure enough, something would always be forgotten. This meant I had to wait for them to make it or find it, which was very inconvenient. The food is usually good, so it's not the kitchen staff's fault. It's unfortunate that there are no other wing places nearby. Despite the issues, I will probably continue going because I love wings and I live so close. I just thought the management should be aware that their staff is struggling, although based on other reviews, it seems they already know, they just may not care to address it. See you soon.

I try to see the best in people and their service as a fellow server but Kelsey, I don’t think this is the right field for you. Rang in food through you twice, missed them both times, meaning they never even came out. 2 hours in we finally get some cold food they probably had leftover in the back for an hour. Shame she was to busy talking to her coworkers or on her phone to realize. Place wasn’t even busy. Real shame, I don’t recommend this place anymore like I used to. If you still come here good luck, you’ll be serving yourself.

Wings were cold when served, like very cold! This picture is a order of fries, they were cold as well. Looks like they bought them at McDonald’s and just thru them on their own plate. 2 Stars bcs the server was very nice, but she kept having to send everything back to the microwave

The service was excellent and the wings and Mac n cheese were delicious. However, the nachos were not up to par. The restaurant offers free nachos if you spend over $20 and have their app. If you don't have the app, you can download it for the next visit. We decided to order the nachos anyway and were disappointed. They are not known for their nachos, so I would recommend skipping them. On a positive note, our server was attentive and efficient.

I have not had good experiences trying to get food to go from here. Yesterday I ordered with UberEats and the fries were cold and the box was barely full. Order/Driver showed up fast so I'm guessing the fries were cooked before I even placed my order. And the sauce on one of my wing orders wasn't correct. The fries always seem to be cold when I order takeout from here. I love wings and BBW is close but I don't think I can order from here anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place for takeout.
