Off The Hook Restaurant And Bar

I've been coming here, every year, since the place had opened. I'm only rating it today because I may never return. This is not because I don't love the place... it's because I'm becoming a permanent Gulf of Mexico resident. All the staff, ...has always been awesome! It's great to see the same happy faces, at a family run establishment... that cares about you, and your experience. I've never been disappointed, and of course everyone has their own Point-of-View,... My point, though, is, Try it,... you'll like it!!

Manager was extremely rude. Pointed out discrepancies in the bill and she would not adjust and then walked away while I was speaking to her. Dropped over $400 there and she didn't do the right thing over $6. I won't ever go back and won't recommend. The female manager was very unprofessional and not customer friendly. Bad business I hope owners so Sk to her regarding her poor attitude and unprofessional behavior
