The Pines Modern Steakhouse - Highland

On May 27, 2016, The Pines Steakhouse at San Manuel Indian Bingo Casino in Highland, CA, reopened following an interior renovation and introduced a new menu inspired by the "farm to fork" concept. Leading this revamped menu is the newly appointed Chef De Cuisine, Eulalia “Lali” Sanchez, who brings her passion for fresh, honest food and traditional Spanish cooking to her culinary creations. Their initial challenge was to source the finest ingredients available in the Inland Empire. They found an ideal partner in Unity Farms, located in Riverside, which cultivates a diverse range of certified organic fruits and vegetables, including vibrant rainbow chard, striking red and white Chioggia beets, and satin-white carrots.

Impressed! The New York experience was fantastic. During our dinner, the club next door opened, and our lovely meal for ten turned into a situation where we could barely hear each other. Despite that, we managed to stay positive, and it didn’t seem to bother us too much.
