Dunkin' - Highland

I recently moved to Highland and have been there for 2 weeks. The staff at this restaurant has made mistakes with my coffee order 4 times already. Despite asking for 6 sugars and 2 creams, I received 2100 creams and 0 sugars each time. All I could taste was cream. I wish they would pay more attention or hire more competent staff. Every other Dunkin' Donuts in Lake County has gotten my order right, but this location has failed me 4 times in a row. Today, they messed up again and I may have to go all the way to Kennedy Ave in Hammond just to get a decent cup of coffee. There are only 3 employees in Highland who do their job properly, the rest are not up to par. They offered to make me a new coffee, but that's just called doing your job. Can they please ensure their employees do theirs as well?

Although I enjoy the coffee at Dunkin, I had previously been frustrated by the slow service. However, on my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved efficiency. While there was still a slight wait at the speaker to place my order, it was not as long as before. The staff were more attentive and I was able to receive my order in a timely manner. It is possible that the restaurant has addressed their staffing issues, as I did not notice a particularly busy environment during my visit. It seems that other restaurants in the area, such as McDonald's, Culver's, and Wendy's, have also experienced similar service improvements.
