Kfc Nerang - Highland Park

They ran out of chicken but menulog wouldn't let me cancel the order, and they refused to pick up the phone and cancel on their end. I know it's run by teenagers but jesus they're lazy

Bought a 3 piece from the Nerang store today. WORST KFC in my life. Since when did they start using pigeons instead of chickens? This was meant to be an upsize. The small chips were half full and were cold and without seasoning. Each piece of chicken was cracked, over cooked and dried out. No answer from the store when tried repeatedly to call them.

The dining experience at this restaurant was far from enjoyable. I ordered the large Zinger B C Ultimate Box, accompanied by a Sunkist drink. The meal included a small spicy chicken piece and, of course, a generous serving of fries. My lunch break turned into a lengthy ordeal just placing the order, which felt tedious and uninspired. After finally returning to work, I was greeted by three wings staring back at me, while the small fries and the basic Zinger burger sat idly on my plate. I attempted to call the restaurant twice, but the phone just kept ringing. It seemed the staff was mentally checked out, and management was nowhere in sight, leaving the place feeling cold and lifeless. To be honest, I can’t say I blame them; if that were my job, I might feel the same way.

The food is average and the service is also just okay. I always have to double-check my order before leaving because they've consistently managed to disappoint me by forgetting something simple. The drive-thru is incredibly frustrating! If they don’t have the item you wanted to buy, you’re stuck waiting in line behind 20 other cars before you can leave. It's really disappointing!
