Panera Bread - Highland Heights

Internet did not work for me nor another man. Hope a fruit pastry returns for dessert or breakfast.

You better check to see if you got the meat on your sandwich!!! I ordered a BLT roasted turkey with bacon and guacamole. I got a sandwich with mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce. It was quite unbelievable who would pay $15 for a piece of bread with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato? That doesn’t even sound right.

Awful!Poor customer service from ordering to getting our food.Didn't have ingredients to make three of the menu items we wanted.Waited greater than 15 minutes for three sandwiches, a soup and two smoothies. When we got the food, it was barely warm.Restaurant was not busy either. There were 3 tables in use at the time.Will not go back.

Nice Panera to go for breakfast and sit down to work. Clean and service was fast. Warm fireplace too.

I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel and it was the most tasteless thing I've ever eaten. My taste buds complained their services were not used.
