Gold Star - Highland Heights

I'm actually relieved that this particular Gold Star has closed. The staff was consistently rude and incredibly slow, even at the drive-thru! They had the audacity to charge $0.25 for a cup of water at the drive-thru and would get annoyed if you chose not to pay for what should be a free item. Most places offer water at no cost, even through the drive-thru! Whenever my husband and I dined in, the service was sluggish and they seemed genuinely bothered by having to serve customers. The last time we ate there, we exchanged glances and mutually agreed that we never wanted to return.

Your website states that you're open until 10 PM, so please make sure to stay open at that time.

I really can't understand how this place remains in business. The food was absolutely terrible—truly one of the worst experiences I've had.

Fast left cheese off my Coney's whatever things happen I went there Monday night I think I got old coney's because they tasted nasty so I am done with it
