The plus there was no line. The preparer was very nice but the rice was a little hard.
Dirty, loud, employees not wearing hair nets/gloves, out of numerous items every time I visit. Most recently, one of the items they were out of was bowls- like actual physical paper bowls. Items ordered online are skimpy (ex: extra cheese was just a pinch on top, not even a normal amount). I’ve also come to pick up an online order and it’s sitting behind the counter way up high getting cold on the shelf, without anyone to retrieve it for 10 minutes or more after the due time, after I’d been standing there obviously waiting.
