Skybox Sports Grill

I have been going to the skybox for family dinner, date nights with my wife and beer with friends. I love the place, but every time we go, it gets worse and worse. a family trip just started on the other day with us to clean our own table with serviettes and led to an hour long waiting period for eating that was ok, but as good as in the past (my children loved to go to skybox for pizza, but the last two trips were also underwhelming for them). I understand that we are six tops, but there were maybe four other small groups in the restaurant. a server worked hard to take care of everyone, and I think there was a cook that also worked the kitchen. every time I go, there are new faces working and the quality and cleanliness are less than the previous visit. I don't know if I'll go back or find somewhere else to grab pizza, beer and wings. Hopefully they get out and the skybox back to the great place where it was earlier.

Always great service! Here tonight and had a great green tea the chicken ranch roll up is so good and the fries??? Best ever!! Love the bar tender!

This place has had a bad rap for awhile but it’s really turned around. The food has improved drastically and the staff is better than it has been in years. It is one of the best bars in the Highland/White Lake area. Beautiful bar and awesome atmosphere with a lot of TVs for all the sports!

Came in and sat at the bar. We were the only people in the bar. The waitress was literally coughing all over the place and didn’t cover her mouth once. Just walking around coughing everywhere. Two other parties came in and sat at the bar. Luckily we ordered food before they got there or we might not have gotten any. One party was two young men, and the other was another couple. Once the 2 men came in, neither of us couples could get service. Plates weren’t cleared and we had to wait forever just for our bill, with empty food and drinks. One of the bartenders friends also came in and was standing at the end of the bar hanging out. Between her friend and the two guys, the bartender server was glued to the end of the bar. She did several shots with the guys and refilled their beer and keno several times without stepping away to check on any of the other patrons. We were ALL at the bar so it’s not like it would have taken any effort at all to check on us. The Weal Inn is our usual spot because of the amazing service and atmosphere, but they were packed tonight so we decided to try something new. NEVER again. The food was just ok but because of the service we will never be back.
