The Garrison Bistro - Highland

This is our second visit to The Garrison, the food is lovely and fresh. No overpowering music making it easy to have a conversation. Staff very efficient and friendly.

I've eaten 3 lunches here and they've all been delicious (go for the seafood chowder! , reasonably priced and served promptly. I work nearby so don't always have long to eat lunch so can't recommend this place highly enough.

Looked for somewhere for a meal in Fort William and found this restaurant on the internet. The whole dining experience was excellent......the service from the waiting staff and quality of the food. It was refreshing to have staff that were friendly and chatty. Staff willing and encouraging to show the transformed cells from the old police station. It's unbelievable that it's only been open 12 weeks as the standard of service is high and the quality of food. Will definately return when we're next in the area and can highly recommend a visit.

We ate here while staying at the Garrison. The food is superb the best butter chicken curry I have had in a very long time. My friend had the haggis bon bons and she said they were lovely. Not a lot of room left for sweet after the curry but had to try the tablet ice cream, our waiter kindly put some of the sauce from the sticky toffee pudding in with it. Superb. Recommended.

We went to this place on a recommendation from our B host. What we didn't realize until the next day is that there are two places in Fort William called the Garrison. We went to the wrong one.
