Beefeater - Highland

The staff at this restaurant work extremely hard and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, due to being severely understaffed, our dining experience was negatively affected. Despite their best efforts, led by Daniel, the staff simply couldn't keep up with the demands. The food was average, typical of a Beefeater establishment. Being connected to a Premier Inn, we were a captive audience for four nights, but we won't be returning. More staff are needed to effectively run the restaurant. We were interested in having dessert, but after waiting over 30 minutes without any attention, we lost interest. The busy staff were doing their best to attend to all tables, but there just weren't enough of them. It's a shame that this potential could be realized with the addition of two more staff members paid for by the Whitbread Group.

We arrived at the restaurant at 9pm and started eating at 9:45pm on August 23rd with 5 guests. We were concerned about the service we received from Daniel, our server, who seemed overwhelmed due to a lack of staff on duty. The food took longer than expected to come out and was not very warm. Daniel tried his best, but he had too many tables to attend to, leading to many customers waiting longer for service. I would recommend that Beefeater management review their staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for the number of tables. Failure to do so could result in a significant loss of business.

My family and I visited this restaurant and each of us ordered different dishes. All of the meals were delicious and brought out at the same time. The staff was helpful and friendly, creating a really nice atmosphere.

I visited here with my partner at the weekend. we were received and supervised by fiona. I think she's pretty new at the place, but she was fantastic. very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended to accompany some beautiful gins. I and my partner had both steaks. very good quality and perfectly cooked. well-made team, really pleasant experience. I'll be sure to return when I'm back on that.

Avoid them we have asked for quiet table, they said no my eating came burned service was slow to avoid this place please!
