Food arrived cold this evening. I called the shop to let them know to be told a manager would call me back in 10 minutes ... its now been 3 hours and no call or apology! Poor service tonight aswell as food that was thrown away! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Driver was very rude to my daughter who is only 14, when he had to come back with my food because he messed up the order. very disappointed. Unfortunately our kebab was poor this evening, usually great wouldn't have one from elsewhere... however.... The doner meat was cold very pale with no flavour. The salad consisted of limp sweaty lettuce, carrot ? , half a slice of tomato, one slice of cucumber limp white cabbage. The pitta was cold stale tasting too.
