McDonald's - High River

Absolutely appalling and unreasonable customer service from the manager. I will not be back to this location for this reason.

Kinda disappointed at McDonald's Restaurants! I used to work for this company yrs ago. Those days are awesome .This day, I don't know... the size and quantity of food are so bad. For example, the quarter cheese burger now is the same size of cheese burger! They got smaller and expensive! I don't mind paying expensive food as long the quantity is good. And if you don't pay attention if you order a medium fries hundred if you ask for small fries the amount are the same... lolIf you don't mind paying good money and less amount . McDonald's Restaurants are for you. Wheelchair accessibility: All good

Worst McDonald in Alberta. It takes forever in the driver though. 30 mins on a busy night. Too long. Don’t waste your money. Go to the Okotoks McDonald’s

I recently visited the Drive Thru and had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I placed my order using the McDonald's app and when I reached the second window to pick up my order, I realized they had forgotten to give me my drink. I had to turn around and go through the Drive-thru again to inform them of the mistake. Upon checking my order at home, I discovered they had also forgotten to include the sauce that I always request on the side. Additionally, the iced coffee I ordered was watered down and my burger was missing an ingredient. Even the iced coffee they gave me was incorrect as it didn't have the extra ice I had requested. I find that they don't pay attention to detail and my orders are often incorrect. I would recommend avoiding this location and consider visiting the McDonald's in Okotoks instead. Even using DoorDash in High River for McDonald's delivery may not be a reliable option.
