Yamato Japanese - High Point

The food had a bland, boiled taste with no seasoning. The steak was very tough, and the entire meal was disappointing. I would not eat here again or recommend it.

I called ahead last night and was told that my daughter and I could come inside to eat around 8:15pm. I arrived at 8:16pm since I was next door. When I got there, the floor was being mopped, the dining area was closed off, and the grill was off. They do not usually close until 10:00pm. The same lady who told me over the phone that we could come over and eat inside asked me if I wanted to wait for the entire floor to dry. We decided to leave and will not be returning. It was a horrible experience. I would suggest going to Fire Sticks on 68 instead.

Located near the Paladium movie theater, this restaurant is a hidden gem. It is convenient for grabbing a delicious roll before or after watching a movie or shopping. In addition to rolls, they also offer hibachi options which are very tasty. The presentation of the roll I ordered was beautiful, and the wait staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall, a great dining experience.

This was the requested ?after school to celebrate 1st day? and it was a feast, so yummy. Great service, great food.
