Subway - High Point

I arrived at 8:00 PM, but since they were closing at 9:00 PM, they informed me that they were shutting down for the night.

I asked for her name, but the other staff members refused to give it, suggesting they thought her name was Shelly but weren't certain. I made it clear that I planned to contact corporate and write a review, as well as speak to the manager. I was denied a refund, with staff stating they could only take my name and number for a manager to call me later about a refund. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally began preparing my order, but the only bread they had available was wheat, which was not what I had ordered. I accepted it anyway to avoid losing my money, knowing I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. This store clearly needs better management and staff training. I have never experienced such a lack of bread and poor service at a Subway before.

I updated my review to five stars after they honored a coupon for a 3-footlong sandwich for $17.99, which allowed me to get three Beast sandwiches. I felt it was only fair to tip $5 since I kept them waiting for 20 minutes. Great job, and thank you!

I didn't rate because I couldn't get food to rate we came about 7:59-8:00 pm on 6-19-23 to get food we are a family of 6 so we would've spent a good 40-50 dollars but we was denied access saying they was closing early because they was super slow well there was 3 young men there also to get some food and cookies and was also turned down and I don't know if yall are aware of this but this is has happened to us a total of atleast 5 times the first few times we thought ok things happens but this has become a serial thing. So I have a question do yall close at 9 or 8??? as a customer i am truly confused and it's frustrating

I went to get a sub and it was 8:15pm online the store hour are til 9pm, I was told we close at 8:15 and the door was wide open. So make a call before going to them
