Starbucks - High Point

This is the best coffee shop around! The coffee is always fresh and even better than the standalone Starbucks. I've never waited in line for more than three people! The service is quick and always comes with a smile. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I can always count on getting my quality Starbucks coffee in just about 10% of the time I'd wait at the main store. Most of the time, it's just me! I absolutely love this Starbucks and everyone who works there! Thank you for being amazing!

Without a doubt, this is the BEST Starbucks I've ever visited. The team here is outstanding, and their customer service skills are exceptional. Over the past few years, I’ve been a regular at this location (the same team moved here from the corner store), and I’ve developed personal connections with them that make each visit feel special. Honestly, going to other Starbucks locations feels a bit disappointing because they don’t know me like this team does! Everyone here is fantastic—Cody, Jeff, Ashley, Sylvia, and Mark are all incredible. I especially appreciate Princess and Jameson—they truly go above and beyond to make me feel valued. I can’t think of a better place to start my day!

I'm not leaving. Don't order a coffee. I'm sure it's a decent place, but the city itself raises some doubts.

The coffee is overpriced, but I really enjoy their pink drinks.

Terrible service. The staff are unapproachable and there's a lack of customer service overall.
