Miso's Ice Cream - High Point

Ice cream was very good and fresh. Got a salted caramel brownie milkshake and it was awesome. Only reason keeping it from 5stars is they need more staff. There was only one poor girl making everything. I felt bad for her doing all of that. Otherwise,awesome!

We ordered again, utilizing the credits provided and are extremely satisfied with the result. We are very grateful for the gracious response and service provided by the owners. We are so happy we discovered Miso?s We have ordered three times viaDoorDash from Miso?s Ice Cream. The first two orders were impressive and quickly won us over as our go to place fordesserts. However, the third order (we placed today) truly disappointed us. We ordered 4 of the fudge brownies (priced at $2.89per brownie) and 1 giant ice cream sandwich. We received our order from DoorDash and realized we were given 4 pre packaged Mrs.Freshley?s Oreo brownies as opposed to the fudge brownies we ordered. We specifically ordered the ?fudge brownie NEW ? for thefreshness and because it is advertised as the same brownie used in their brownie sundae. I reached out to Miso?s Ice Cream andspoke with a young lady, didn?t catch her name. She was kind but explained they were out of the fudge brownies, she didn?t havetime to make anymore so she substituted the Oreo brownies for the fudge brownies. We never received a message or phone callfrom Miso?s advising more than half our order was unavailable and to see if their substitution would be acceptable. We were alsocharged for 4 fudge brownies (total of $11.56) whenever we received 4 Oreo brownies that are priced at $1.99 each so a total of$7.96 before taxes. We were not provided the monetary difference. As I inquired if we would be refunded for at least thedifference, the young lady stated the dasher should have done that herself. I contacted DoorDash for assistance and was onlyable to be given $3.24 in DoorDash credits (the difference should have been $3.60) I?m not asking for the 36 cents that wasn?tprovided to us. However I am thoroughly upset we never received a phone call to simply ask for permission/authorization toreplace items in our order. Love Love LOVE this store ? The service was quick and kind. I had ordered 3 stuffed shakes and 2 small cups. Everything was portioned great and delicious ????. Thank you misos for being mine and my families favorite icecream store.

Miso's is one of my favorite icecream stores because the workers are always friendly and quick to assist. They are willing to work with me for custom shakes and sundaes. I have a cousin with dairy allergies and they have great options for dairy freeicecreams (classic cookie aka cookie craving, chocolate chunk, and dairy free vanilla). Thank you misos for being understandingto those of us with allergies and working with those that want extra.

Highest quality product features a fortunately /expertly curated selection of ice cream flavors not typically available from other vendors *even amongst those businesses with items of the same brand also on public offer). Employees are, for the mostpart, professional and courteous *though, as is sadly usually the case with any size or type of business, there seems toalways be at least one worker that's determined to blatantly express their negativity/disgust/frustration/undisguised contemptfor having to fulfill the needs of customers). Thankfully, there has only been one who fits in this category on duty during ourprevious visits so far, at least. Fingers crossed. Parking is rather limited due to the small size of the lot and thevarious other businesses that share the space. Visibility from the road is also somewhat lacking. That having been said, it isabsolutely worth the effort to find your way here and sample the delicious fare on offer. Highly recommended! A
