Mcdonald's - High Point

My iced caramel coffee was delicious. However the cinnamon on the cinnamon melt label was misspelled. But accidents happen. However, the shake machine was down, which it is a normal thing for any McDonald's not just this one.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait for a hot latte. The person taking the order got it wrong then the persons at the pick up window tried to tell me what I ordered. I waited for 15-20 mins for a latte. Unacceptable.

We do Doordash and it’s terrible, the kid at the window that is supposed to be taking orders is more preoccupied on what’s going on in her phone than taking orders, so she sends us to the window and that makes the process longer than necessary. I saw her even take off her headset after telling a car to pull over to the first window, when she could have taken the orders and so the kitchen would not take too long to make the orders. Not to mention it took us more than 1 hour to pick up and order.

Stopped here Sunday about 11:30 AM, on my way home from vacation, went into the restroom, real masterpiece. Clean your nasty restrooms!

This McDonald’s has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life ordered a double quarter pounder meal and was asked to wait in a specific spot only to sit there for almost 20 minutes to no one bringing me any food and to have me walk in and have to wait for them to make my food and have to listen to the employees bickering with each other and for them to finally bring my food out toss it on the counter and walk off I’ll never eat here again service is horrible you don’t deserve any stars. A real embarrassment to McDonald’s
