Elizabeth's Pizza - High Point

The food at Elizabeth's was much better and faster than what I have in my hometown. However, I didn't like that everyone, including dine-in customers, had to order at the register. I called in my order and stopped by during my lunch break to pick it up. Unfortunately, there were three customers in front of me who had never been there before, so they took a long time to decide what to order. Meanwhile, the other cashier was handling phone orders. I think something needs to change with this setup to improve the flow.

Its just not worth it. I have given them so many tries to redeem themselves but as of this day i will never be a customer again. I ordered a cheesesteak as always which they have only one size and i always ask for extra meat. If I'm going to be paying $15 for one sandwich i expect a nice amount of meat. But they disappoint every time! I wouldn't recommend but to each there own!

I ordered takeout for the first time and went for the all-meat calzone. It was decent, but I wasn't really a fan of the ricotta cheese. I think I'll give the meat stromboli a shot next time. The atmosphere seemed clean and relaxed, although I noticed a smoking section near the entrance that I believe should be relocated away from the front door. Other than that, I'm willing to give it another try.

Staff could try and smile a little more. I felt like the young him/he was staring a hole through me a couple of years back when I was younger and did not know better. Oh yes! Nice young she/her that provided table service.

Love this Elizabeths never had and issues , food is delicious! The cheeseburger and pretty big and good and I love there calzone and Stromboli. Service and pricing are decent .
