East Coast Wings Grill - High Point

The waitress and staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent. We will definitely return to this restaurant!

This was my first time dining at this location and I was not pleased at all…we shared a salad which was the best thing we got there, we got 30 wings(mango habanero) I had these at a different location and they were great! But the taste of these was not good idk how to explain it…I loooove some good wings, I ordered some of there mild sauce to make them taste better but it looked like someone puked in a cup

We love going into this location. It has become the only ECW location that we go to. The staff is very friendly, and the food is always good.

The restaurant is small and has the appearance of a former Mexican restaurant with its arched windows. The building is older and could use some renovation as the tables were wobbly and sticky, as well as the bowls. It was unclear if they had been properly cleaned. The food was covered by paper but still seemed to be affected. The bathroom door had difficulty opening smoothly. However, the service was good and the food was typical of the chain. One suggestion would be to evenly distribute the seasoning on the wings instead of having it all on top.

Chicken wings and salad is my go to meal at East Coast on South Main Street....great service and friendly atmosphere....Sabrina is the best waitress ever !
