The blessing was they messed up and gave me 5 extra wings. I was only able to stomach one side of the wing though. I don't typically review food quality too much especially in Covid times as I know the lack of qualified employees out here currently. The restaurant needed some cleaning though. The carpet seemed it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I can't believe they let someone see that. Definitely the toilets haven't been cleaned in some time.
Staff is great first off, but ever since they were acquired by Arby's the place has gone down hill. Ordered some nachos and it turns out they DONT have the meats. So they serve what's called ultimate Nacho's, pay an extra 3$ you get brisket. The primary problem is the nachos are anything but ultimate. You have about 8 nachos with toppings on them, and then the rest are plain nachos. To remedy I asked for salsa. They used to have salsa Verde and and decent enough salsa. Now they serve what can be described as pasta sauce. I was literally having a great day, just saw an amazing movie, but I have to say don't go here for the food. You will leave disappointed. This was a regular spot before. Now with the new acquisition they seem to just throw stuff on a plate and hope the clients too drunk to realize they are paying restaurant plate prices for a bag of chips. Think about it this way, I paid 3$ extra for brisket. Imagine the meat wasn't on their, how could you justify calling it ultimate Nacho's, same name as before, totally different. They used to have whole jalapeno slices, lettuce on it, good amount of sour cream. I mean if I didn't get the brisket what would this have been?
Guy with dreads waited us but didn?t seem like he even wanted to work. Firstly our food was given to us at different times, so by the time someone else got their food the others were already done. Secondly the waiter didn?t care enough to check if we needed refills until we brought it to his attention. It wasn?t overly busy so I don?t see why the cooks struggled to get out the food at the same time. Definitely need better waiters as I see other poor reviews about the staff.
First we were sat at a dirty table. An attempt was made to clean it but obviously this person never cleaned anything in his life. Waited 15 minutes for service. Ordered cocktails that took 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered food when the cocktails arrived. My food came out first. Had to ask twice for silverware. Guess she expected me to eat a salad with my fingers. When she did bring silver she didn?t bring any for my wife. Had to ask again for silverware. I ordered blue cheese with my salad, she brings ranch. Wait another 10 minutes for the blue cheese. I?m almost finished with my meal when my wife?s 6 wings finally show up. Had to ask for water. Had to ask several times for napkins. The place smells terrible. Saw one employee laying down in a booth by the take out door. Only saw one employee that showed any enthusiasm. We will never spend another dime at ANY BWW. This place needs to be shut down. I wonder if the waitress expected a tip?
We waited a good ten minutes for someone to come and take us to a table. There were two women workers who saw us, but didn?t acknowledge us. The place smells dirty, I can?t speak for all tables and seats, but ours was fine. The chicken was better than most wing places around here, but that?s an easy feat. I have to give credit where it?s due, our server Aaron was incredible. He?s doing more than the other servers are. He apologized for us waiting in the beginning, made sure everything came out correctly AND in a timely manner; even though he?s being pulled every which way.
