Barberitos - High Point

I only eat here about once every two months but I never see the same people working here. I asked for a beef burrito but the lady told me they only have steak. Why is it that a tip is requested at the time of payment? Maybe it’s for the table I have to clean myself before enjoying my burrito?

First time we have been back here since it’s been under new management and it was amazing. Great food and great service.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. I come here often because it's conveniently located near my workplace. Today, the service was exceptional - both employees assisting me were very polite and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The food was as fantastic as always, so fresh and flavorful.

Me and my boyfriend went here for some lunch, and we walked in and attempted to order. We tried to order from the menu, and the way the menu was laid out was that the actual items you order are on the left (tacos, burrito bowls, etc) while the stuff on the right was the items you put on the item you get, like a Subway, but this was our first time here so we didn 't know that. The man taking our order never explained this to us when I tried to order just spicy chicken as it was called, thinking it was some other food with spicy chicken in it, and even told us that he never went by the menu anyways, so we were very confused. I ended up getting a burrito bowl and my partner got a burrito, which were both not good for lack of a better word. Nothing was fresh, and you could taste it. Not to mention, not a single table was clean in the restaurant, with crumbs and other assortments left on the tables. I don 't recommend coming here unless you have no choice, but considering the other places around the area, including a not-my-personal-preference-but-understand-why-people-like-it Thai place and a Domino 's, I 'd say there 's no reason to come here.

This restaurant serves the best burritos you can find outside of the southwest. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are top-notch and worth mentioning. Even after moving away from the area years ago, we still make a special trip back just to dine here.
