Our waitress jasmine h was absolutely amazing. we had a really bad experience with another place in the previous night and for lunch with our daughter in applebees was a breath of fresh air. Once we came in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess, whom I had asked if we could be placed near a tw because it helps to occupy our Adhd daughter. she absolutely said she could do this and take us directly on a table in front of a television. then she came to our daughter flat and bigger her and she was just so happy! our waitress went by while we sat and found out that our daughter was really bad and she made her great too. our waitress jasmine was just incredible for us all the time we were there. we never had to ask for something because she was always there to check us out. eating was also absolutely amazing. my man and I both have an allergy to mushrooms and we got the burbon street huh and garnel with garlic kartoffels and let them tell me the first that the food was good and hot when it came to the table and our daughter had a cheeseburger with fries and drowned and it was also hot. we have our meal times and the time we had at applebees and the time when our waitress talked to us not only with our daughter! Many thanks for having such an amazing place and so amazing personal. we're coming back!
To the unsuspecting consumer and whomever it may concern,I have been charged as of 11:54 PM EST an eye popping total of $584.48 on a meal where I spent $135.00 including the tip. The manager of the location, Evan Frederico, was professional and hospitable, but the answer he gave me was that the over charging was due to a systematic error with what I am assuming is your point of service system provider.It is truly a shame that Evan and our waiter Gabriel were so fantastic, but because of this experience I can never and will never return to Applebees.The staff are very friendly and professional, and I am absolutely sure they deserve double what you pay them given that this cannot be the first time corporate has placed them in an impossible situation.The fact that I or anyone else impacted have to go through a whole process to get these transactions reversed is completely inexcusable, and I am thankful it was not large enough to reach the limit on my credit card, yet.I can only hope this experience was limited to just me and that your company did not just harm hundreds of consumers through gross negligence. Let anyone reading this review beware to dine here at their own risk.As far as the food goes, the quesadilla cheeseburger and strawberry margarita I had were good, but respectfully not $584.48.My deepest regret in all of this is that I allowed my hubris to fool me into thinking Applebees would be a great place for dinner.That will never happen again no matter how cheap the endless boneless wings are.Incredulously,Cam
