Alex's House - High Point

This delightful little home-style restaurant offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Since I wasn't very hungry, I decided to try the double cheeseburger, which was an amazing deal at just $4.15, tax included. I have to say, it's the best $4.15 I've spent in quite a while! Both patties were cooked to perfection, and the tomato was exceptionally fresh and juicy. I really enjoy this type of burger—they're thinner but spread out nicely on the plate, around a 4-5 inch diameter. My only regret is that I didn't add an egg on top. I even shared a picture of the burger! I will definitely be going back, but just a heads up: it’s cash only, so be sure to bring some with you.

This delightful little diner is a beloved spot for locals. The prices are quite affordable, and there's a good chance you'll bump into someone familiar. It's run by two diligent Greek gentlemen who are committed to making sure every customer leaves satisfied.
