The girls that work the drive thru in the mornings are too busy gossiping and telling jokes and laughing to pay attention to what customers are ordering. Too many times I've gone to this dunkin and they get my order incorrect because they're paying more attention to goofing off than listening to what is being ordered. Very unprofessional and inadequate.

This used to be a great Dunkin and I never had any issues with it. For months now every single time I go there there’s always something missing from my order. I’ve lost so much money and time from every time I have to go back in. Management needs to better train and idk maybe they can actually read the screens that are telling them exactly what to make.
