Mi Jalisco Authentic Mexican - Hico

We were in Hico for our grandsons football game and decided to try this restaurant for lunch and there were 4 adults and 2 kids... It was AWFUL I'm sorry... The whole experience was terrible.. the server was nice but I feel like she barely knew what was going on and any Mexican food restaurant that does not know what cheese and onion enchiladas are or how to prepare them ..then there's a lot wrong with your establishment I'm sorry... On a different note some friends ate breakfast there and loved it ?

The service was fine. The food was fine. A store owner recommended this place. The major problem was the restroom. I have NEVER seen a restroom this disgusting. Ruined the entire meal. We will never go back.Parking: Plenty

I used to have tacos from this place A LOT. Until their customer service started to go down the drain. I always call in take out orders, on this last occasion, whoever answered hung up on me twice, so I called a third and asked to talk to a manager. I guess they thought I couldn 't speak Spanish because they started talking about me in Spanish and the manager telling the server tell her I 'm not here, until tomorrow so I told her, I can hear and understand what y 'all are talking about me. After that, there was no apology, no intention of fixing any problems, so I said, thank you. The server responded WHATEVER and hung up.

The food was pretty good, the service was great. The restaurant looks a little old and dirty, but everything tasted good.
