Soto Sushi - Hicksville

I just ordered delivery from Grubhub and tried DELISH SUSHI! I'm thrilled to have discovered a new sushi spot!

I did not have a good experience with the service at this restaurant. We waited 10 minutes just to place our order, and then waited another 10 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. However, the sushi appetizer never came. It took another 10 minutes for our entrees to come out, with my girlfriend waiting an additional 10 minutes for her sushi entree. Even after that, the sushi appetizer came late. While we waited, we saw other customers receive their food promptly, which made us wonder if they had ordered ahead. The only positive aspect of our visit was that the food was excellent, which is why I am giving this restaurant 2 stars. I would recommend ordering ahead rather than dining in here.

The service was fine, however the miso soup and California rolls were delicious.

Great food. Took off 1 star because the first 3 things I tried ordering they were out of! Would have been nice to know when we were handed to menus what they already ran out of. Great place though, would definitely go again.

Great experiences here. I am a student at the nearby high school and my bus station for work is near this restaurant. I was tired of spending my entire paycheck on $15 meals, so I stopped by Osaka just to try a few rolls. The prices are great and the food is amazing. Everything is fresh and the prices are great. I have recommended many of my friends and brought my family out to eat here. Truly one of my favorite places to have a nice, healthy, affordable meal.
