New Papee Da Dhaba - Hicksville

The food was delicious! I like to ate the remains and can't wait to go back. Absolutely a must try. It is also a stone's throw from Hicksville Train Station. Around 6 tables in total and some bar-style seats on the front. Drinks are filled, but the food is made in the house. Delicious!

This is a fantastic spot to begin with. The rice dish is definitely worth it—only $8 for a generous portion that could easily serve two meals. However, I would recommend skipping the drinks, as they were a bit too sweet for my liking.

The place is clean, food is good with good portions and cheap. The disadvantage is that the service is slow and water is not provided. They are forced to buy filled water.

The food is delicious, though you might need to overlook the use of plastic utensils and paper plates. Despite the heavy rain and the late hour of 9 p.m., people showed up to enjoy their meals or pick up their orders.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we had a party of 17. Although it was almost closing time, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, and you won't find better Dhaba-style Indian cuisine at such reasonable prices anywhere else. Highly recommended! Great food and great service. I will definitely return if I'm in Hicksville again soon.
