Chick-fil-a - Hicksville

This was the worst service I have ever encountered. I placed an order over the phone, providing my information and credit card details. When I arrived, they deliberately made it difficult for me by repeatedly asking me to spell out every letter of my name and every digit of my phone number three times. Despite this, they were unable to locate my order and all of them simply walked away as if I wasn't still there. I never received my food and will not be returning again.

Impeccably clean. Enjoy delicious, freshly cooked meals served piping hot at a great price. A refreshing alternative to the typical burger joints. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant where they repeatedly got my drink order wrong. I had asked for unsweetened tea, but they gave me sweetened tea instead. When I informed them of the mistake and requested the correct drink, they still gave me sweetened tea. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Just dealt with two of the rudest employees at this chic fila. The one taking my order working the front was so rude and just looked like he didn?t want to be there at all. The one handing me my food had hair down to his shoulders working in the kitchenand wasn?t wearing a hair net or had his hair tied up? I ordered two sandwiches and chicken nuggets and asked for sauce and heonly gave me two so I asked for two more and he smacks the two extra sauces in my hand like they were coming out of hispaycheck. I?ve never dealt with a nastier person at a fast food place. Not to mention my food is completely soggy by the time Igot it. Disappointing. I went at 3:30 pm on Saturday august 6th.

The breakfast chicken sandwich was tasty but I could have used a hint more chicken. The biscuits was light but not too fluffy. Just right actually. There is only biscuit and chicken and with the flavor of the chicken, it was all it needed.
